With the purpose to disseminate information about the forthcoming conference worldwide and render assistance in organising the conference, the International Organising Committee was set up, which includes government officials of Russia and Ukraine, representatives of important international organisations like UNDP, WHO, IAEA, UNICEF, OSCE, European Commission, World Bank, heads of foreign charitable funds of the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, and also ambassadors of  UK, Germany, Lithuania, France, and Japan.

The Japan Embassy provides a support to the famous photographer Hirokawa Ryuichi in organising and conducting an exhibition of his Chernobyl photos.
The conference has other numerous partners from various groups of the society starting from prominent scientists contributing to the scientific part of the conference to students who voluntarily develop web sites on charitable campaigns and individuals who propose their works for exhibitions.
We believe that joint efforts of all our partners will make the conference a significant event and help restore a normal life in the affected regions.
